The designed by studio Bohlin Cywinski Jackson uses many natural elements which make it a part of the western oaks Douglas fir and the lush green yards that are part of this lovely creek. The 10200 square foot home seems to use mostly wood to ensure that the aesthetics of the interiors remain modern and yet ‘natural’ at the same time.

Clad lavishly the house shouts out luxury while also offering a classic and stylish look thanks to its wooden surfaces. It was designed to offer the best view of the ocean with the public area the kitchen dining room and living room all set onto the top floor. The middle floor sports the bedrooms which also offer a wonderful view while providing the necessary privacy and the bottom floor consists of parking area and beach room along many more.

Modern designers are using glass lavishly as a building material and its transparent and clear properties combined with the form of floor-to-ceiling windows ensure that you get un-obstructed views.
